أعلنت شركة السعودي الفرنسي كابيتالعن بدء عملية بناء سجل الأوامر لشركة التنمية الغذائية (والتي يشار إليها بـ “التنمية” أو “الشركة”) وذلك تمهيدا لطرح 30% من أسهمها للاكتتاب العام.

وقامت شركة السعودي الفرنسي كابيتال، المستشار المالي، ومدير الاكتتاب، ومدير سجل اكتتاب المؤسسات، والمتعهد بالتغطية للطرح العام لشركة التنمية الغذائية، بالإعلان عن تحديد النطاق السعري للطرح وبدء عملية بناء سجل الأوامر لشريحة المؤسسات يوم الأحد 17/11/1442هـ (الموافق 27 / 06 / 2021م) والتي تستمر حتى نهاية يوم الخميس 21/11/1442هـ (الموافق 1/07/2021م).

سيتضمن الاكتتاب العام في أسهم شركة التنمية الغذائية شريحة المؤسسات حيث سيتم طرح ستة ملايين (6,000,000) سهم عادي، تمثل 30% من إجمالي أسهم شركة التنمية الغذائية على المستثمرين من شريحة المؤسسات خلال عملية بناء سجل الأوامر، حيث تم تحديد النطاق السعري للطرح بين 59-67 ريال سعودي للسهم الواحد. وأشارت إلى أن الحد الأدنى لعدد الأسهم التي يمكن الاكتتاب فيها لكل فئة من فئات المستثمرين المستهدفين هي مائة ألف (100,000) سهم عادي، فيما يبلغ الحد الأقصى لعدد الأسهم التي يمكن الاكتتاب فيها تسعمائة وتسعة وتسعون ألف وتسعمائة وتسعة وتسعون (999,999) سهماً عادياً.

وستقوم شركة السعودي الفرنسي كابيتال بتحديد سعر الطرح للاكتتاب العام بعد الانتهاء من عملية بناء سجل الأوامر ليتبعها عملية اكتتاب شريحة الأفراد، حيث سيتم طرح ستمائة ألف (600,000) سهم تمثل نسبة (10 %) من إجمالي الأسهم المطروحة للاكتتاب العام للمكتتبين من الأفراد. علماً بأن عملية اكتتاب شريحة الأفراد ستكون لمدة يوم واحد فقط وذلك بتاريخ 17/12/1442هـ (الموافق 27/07/2021م).

وفي حال وجود طلب كافٍ من قبل المكتتبين الأفراد على الاكتتاب في أسهم الطرح، يحق لشركة السعودي الفرنسي كابيتال، مدير الاكتتاب تخفيض عدد أسهم الطرح المخصصة لشريحة المؤسسات إلى خمسة ملايين وأربعمائة ألف (5,400,000) سهم كحد أدنى لتمثل ما نسبته (90%) من إجمالي أسهم الطرح بعد إتمام عملية اكتتاب الأفراد.

SELANGOR, Malaysia, June 28, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — The European Wellness Aesthetic Academy (EWAA) has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the School of Professional, Executive Education and Development and Asia e University, which has presence and accredited certification recognized across 34 Asian countries, to launch the Wellness Beautypreneurship program that is aimed at enhancing the scientific knowledge and entrepreneurial skills of beauticians, estheticians and therapists around the globe.

The course syllabus is developed by medical doctors and the programs are deployed via a flexible e-learning platform to ensure easy access to learners without disrupting their full-time careers.

Learners with no industrial experience can begin with the Foundation in Wellness Beautypreneurship which is an intensive 2 week hands-on program that will impart the essential skills needed to operate a mobile spa, while practitioners with working experience or CIDESCO or CIBTAC diploma holders can progress directly to the 3-month Certified Professional in Wellness Beautypreneurship program comprises of 16 core modules that cover key entrepreneurial elements and scientific components. The 5-month Certified Master in Wellness Beautypreneurship program has 5 levels completed over 150 practicum hours where veteran estheticians focus on specific area of interest in their field of practice and research on viable treatment solutions for their clients.
