‫”سدايا” و”جوجل كلاود” على وشك إطلاق برنامج تدريبي لتمكين المرأة في قطاع الذكاء الاصطناعي

الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية, 6 أكتوبر / تشرين أول 2022— /PRNewswire/ قامت شركة سدايا (SDAIA) بعَقد شراكة مع شركة التكنولوجيا الأمريكية جوجل، وذلك من أجل إطلاق برنامج عالمي يهدف إلى تقليل الفجوة بين الجنسين في القطاع التكنولوجي، وبخاصة الذكاء الاصطناعي.

أعلنت الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي عن المبادرة الجديدة التي تُسمى “ Elevate” ، بالتعاون مع منصة جوجل السحابية “جوجل كلاود” ( Google Cloud) ، وذلك خلال القمة العالمية الثانية للذكاء الاصطناعي في الرياض التي انعقدت في 15 سبتمبر.

ويُعتبر Elevate بمثابة برنامج عالمي يهدف إلى استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي من أجل تقليل الفجوة بين الجنسين، وذلك من خلال تمكين أكثر من 25000 امرأة على مستوى العالم في السنوات الخمس القادمة. وسيوفر البرنامج للنساء تدريبًا مجانيًا وسهل المنال في مجال التكنولوجيا والعلوم، مما يؤدي إلى تمكينهن ودعم قدرتهن على الاستفادة من العدد المتزايد من فرص العمل في مجال البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.

وتحدثت في هذه الفعالية، الأميرة هيفاء بنت عبد العزيز آل مقرن، الممثلة الدائمة للمملكة العربية السعودية لدى منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلوم والثقافة، وقالت إن المرأة ممثَّلة تمثيلاً ناقصًا في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي والتكنولوجيا.

وقالت الأميرة آل مقرن، “في الوقت الحاضر، عندما تؤدي التقنيات الرقمية إلى إعادة تشكيل الحياة اليومية، لا يمكننا إنكار أن المرأة ممثَّلة تمثيلاً ناقصًا في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي ومجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات بصورة عامة. ولا تُمثِّل المرأة سوى 3 بالمائة فحسب من الحاصلين على جائزة نوبل في العلوم و 12 بالمائة فحسب من الباحثين في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي على مستوى العالم”.

وقالت إن عدم المساواة هذا يؤدي إلى حرمان العالم من المواهب الهائلة الغير مستغلة، وأظهرت إصرارها على أن مشاركة المرأة ووجهات نظرها مطلوبة في قطاع التكنولوجيا من أجل جعله يعمل في خدمة الجميع.

ويتألف البرنامج من مسارين: المسار التقني لمهندس البيانات، ومهندس الحوسبة السحابية، ومهندس تَعلُّم الآلة، وعالِم البيانات، والذين سيشكل 30٪ من متدربي البرنامج. كما سيشكل المسار الغير تقني لعشاق الأعمال السحابية 70٪ من متدربي البرنامج.

UAE Minister of Economy Discusses with Greek Prime Minister Boosting Economic Partnership & Mutual Investments

THESSALONIKI, Greece, Oct. 6, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The UAE Minister of Economy, H.E. Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, held bilateral meetings, at the UAE Pavilion in Thessaloniki International Fair TIF 86, with several high-ranking Greek Ministers & officials to boost cooperation & bilateral relations between the UAE and Greece. The extensive meetings between the two-shed light on the most attractive economic sectors to invest in the UAE — including non-oil industries, whose foreign exports have recently hit an all-time high.

The Greek Prime Minister, H.E Kyriakos Mitsotakis, opened the UAE pavilion at Thessaloniki International Fair 86, on Monday in the presence of the UAE Minister of Economy, and then held a meeting with the UAE Minister of Economy, to discuss ways to boost cooperation between the two countries and enhance bilateral trade & investment relations.

The Minister of Economy, H.E. Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, also met H.E Vassilis Kikilias, Greek Minister of Tourism, where they discussed several issues, including mechanisms to boost Tourism in the two countries. The plan is to enhance the sustainable development of the Tourism sector in the UAE & Greece and boost the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

The UAE pavilion also shed light on the UAE’s new economic model and strategy of establishing a diverse economy & developing the nation’s non-oil economic sectors, in addition to its pioneering position on the global trade map.

UAE’s upward trajectory in non-oil exports is astounding. The UAE has recorded its highest-ever non-oil exports in the first half of 2022, with a total value of AED 180 billion. In the Manufacturing sector, the UAE aims to raise the industrial sector’s contribution to GDP from AED 133 billion to AED 300 billion by 2031.
