1,830 Families Denied Monthly Cash Benefits for Improved Living Conditions – NAF

Amman: 1,830 families will no longer receive monthly cash benefits from the National Aid Fund (NAF) due to improved living conditions, as confirmed by a senior official. Daifallah Olimat, the Assistant Director General for Resources and Development at the NAF, stated that the monthly allowances would still be transferred to the remaining beneficiaries on Thursday.

According to Jordan News Agency, Olimat highlighted that the NAF continues to implement its programs based on criteria that target the Kingdom's neediest families. The decision affects 3,330 beneficiaries who were part of the cash assistance program, including the 1,830 families who have been removed from the list due to an improvement in their economic situations.

Olimat further explained that if any family experiences a change in circumstances in the future, they will have the opportunity to be re-enrolled in the NAF's program, following the established criteria. This decision is part of the fund's ongoing efforts to allocate resources to those who need them the most, ensuring that financial support reaches the most vulnerable sections of society.
