Israeli occupation troops shot and killed two Palestinians and wounded a third during a night-time army raid into the refugee camp of Jenin in the northern West Bank, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
It said in a statement that undercover Israeli soldiers drove into the camp in vehicles with Palestinian number plates after midnight, mounted rooftops and fired on anyone moving in the street.
It said that Abdullah Al Hosari, a resident of the camp who was previously imprisoned and freed by the Israeli army, was fatally shot by troops and two others were seriously wounded in the head and abdomen, and that one of them, Shadi Najem, died of his wounds in a hospital in the city of Jenin.
