يقع المشروع في حي “كولينز أفينيو”، ويوفر للسكان واجهة شاطئية على طول 200 قدم، مع الوصول إلى شاطئ “ساوث بيتش” و”بال هاربور”. تم بيع الأرض، التي تبلغ مساحتها 1.8 فدان، إلى شركة داماك مقابل 120 مليون دولار أمريكي، حيث تمت إجراءات البيع من خلال المحكمة.
