21-Karat Gold Price Hits JD 88.7 in Local Market

Amman: The selling price of a gram of 21-karat gold, the most sought-after by consumers in the local market, stood at JD 88.7 at jewelry shops on Tuesday morning, compared to JD 85.2 for purchases.

According to Jordan News Agency, the daily bulletin issued by the General Association for Owners of Jewelry and Goldsmith Shops reported that the selling prices per gram for 24-karat, 18-karat, and 14-karat gold were recorded at JD 101.5, JD 78.6, and JD 59.7, respectively.
