Amman: The price of 21-karat gold, the most popular choice among consumers in Jordan, reached JD55.60 per gram for retail sales in jewelry stores on Wednesday. The buying price for this karat was reported at JD53.60 per gram. According to Jordan News Agency, the daily report issued by the Jordanian Jewelers Syndicate detailed that the retail prices for 24-carat and 18-carat gold stood at JD63.60 and JD49.30 per gram, respectively.
