40k Worshipers Perform Friday Prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque Amid Military Restrictions

Jerusalem: Despite the Israeli occupation authorities' stringent military restrictions on entry to the mosque, about 40,000 worshipers performed Friday prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque. According to Jordan News Agency, the occupation authorities implemented measures to prohibit worshipers from accessing the Al-Aqsa Mosque by blocking entry through the Damascus and Lions Gates. They also conducted identification checks and detained several young men. The occupying forces continue to impose severe restrictions on access to Al-Aqsa Mosque, particularly on Fridays, impacting worshipers' ability to perform their religious duties.
