A gambling hall seized and 20 defendants arrested inside it, east of Baghdad

Al-Rusafa Police Command announced the seizure of a gambling hall and the arrest of 20 defendants who were inside it, east of Baghdad. The command stated in a statement: 'The detachments of the Baghdad Al-Rusafa Police Command, in cooperation with other security services, carried out a wide campaign to search for suspicious and unlicensed places in the Baladiyat area, where a hall was used for gambling and 'Illegal activities were seized with all their contents, and (20) defendants were arrested.' There were suspicious people inside the hall. They were detained to complete the legal procedures against them.' Source: National Iraqi News Agency
