Amman: Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans and Hayat FM have initiated a radiothon to support their back-to-school campaign, which began on Monday. The event aims to fund the education and living expenses of 40 orphans over the next four years, encouraging contributions from both individuals and organizations.

According to Jordan News Agency, the fundraiser will run until midnight, featuring stories of success from past beneficiaries. It will also include insights from representatives and partners of the fund, who will discuss the educational programs and the process for selecting candidates. Notably, the General Iftaa Department has issued a fatwa allowing Zakat donations for orphans over the age of 18 who are not financially stable.

Donations can be made through various electronic methods, including the fund's website at alamanfund.jo, the CliQ alias "Amanfund20," eFAWATEERcom, or by direct bank transfer.
