Ambassador to Mexico meets Mexican International Chamber of Commerce

Mexico City, Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Mexico, residing in Washington, met with members of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as part of his official visit to Mexico City, where he discussed ways to enhance trade relations between Bahrain and Mexico. The meeting reviewed the paths of cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance the commercial presence of Bahraini companies in Mexico, highlighting that the Kingdom of Bahrain enjoys a business-friendly environment, which makes it an attractive destination for foreign investors, especially in the logistics sector. The Ambassador also highlighted the opportunities that could contribute to enhancing trade cooperation between Bahrain and Mexico, opening new horizons for cooperation. He highlighted the importance of taking advantage of economic events and trade fairs to strengthen economic ties and expand investment opportunities for both countries. The members of the Mexican Chamber of C ommerce expressed their great interest in developing trade relations between the two countries, expressing their appreciation for the Kingdom of Bahrain's position as a leading financial centre in the Gulf region. The meeting comes in line with the Kingdom's efforts to enhance its role as a distinguished investment hub and expand trade and economic cooperation with South American countries.
