Amman provincial council chairman, Moroccan envoy talk ties

Chairman of the Greater Amman Provincial Council Ahmed Abdallat has recently met with Moroccan Ambassador Seidi Muhammad Naseri to discuss prospects of cooperation in various fields.

During the meeting, Abdallat underlined the strong Jordanian-Moroccan ties, calling for further enhancing them in all spheres and noting the consistent communication between both sides on issues of joint interest.

He pointed to Morocco’s experience in decentralization since 1075, describing it as a “model” for other countries to follow.

There will soon be coordination with the Rabat City Council, followed by visits to work on collaborations in multiple fields.

For his part, Naseri praised the long-standing and distinguished relations with Jordan and consistent coordination between the two countries’ leaders on many Arab and global issues, pointing to the importance of expertise exchange to serve the interest of both countries.
