Amman: Arab Bank provided diamond sponsorship of the ninth Conference of Jordanian Businessmen and Investors Abroad, held under the theme "Investment Opportunities with a Global Vision" and organized by the Jordanian Businessmen Association (JBA) in cooperation with the Ministry of Investment and the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs.
According to Jordan News Agency, the conference brought together Jordanian business leaders and investors from within the kingdom and abroad, alongside representatives of the public and private sectors, policymakers, and economic and investment experts. The event aimed to strengthen networking, showcase investment opportunities in Jordan, and explore ways to promote investment and enhance the competitiveness of the national economy.
The event provided a platform for dialogue and the exchange of expertise, with participants discussing several key issues, including the 2026-2029 Executive Program for Jordan's Economic Modernization Vision. Discussions also focused on the role of the private sector in achieving the program's objectives, economic diplomacy, strategies for expanding access to global markets, and the role of Jordanian expatriates in directing their investments to the kingdom to increase their contribution to economic development.
Arab Bank stated that its sponsorship of the conference reflects its commitment to supporting initiatives and events that help strengthen Jordan's investment environment. The bank aims to highlight promising investment opportunities in line with the country's economic development efforts.
