Armed Forces Evacuate New Batch of Child Patients from Gaza for Treatment in Jordan

Amman: The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army on Monday evacuated the 21st batch of child patients from Gaza, consisting of 21 patients and 36 family escorts, as part of the Jordan Medical Corridor initiative. This initiative was launched upon Royal directives to provide medical treatment and humanitarian support to Gazans in need.

According to Jordan News Agency, the children are being transported to Jordanian hospitals where they will receive necessary medical care. This effort is part of Jordan's ongoing commitment to assist Gazans through medical and humanitarian support.

The medical evacuations, initiated in March 2025, are being conducted in collaboration with the World Health Organisation. With this latest group, Jordan has successfully transported a total of 539 patients for treatment in Jordanian hospitals and other countries, accompanied by 1,422 family members.
