Amman: Chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj Gen Yousef Ahmed Huneiti on Tuesday received Australian Ambassador to Jordan Paula Elizabeth Gunley at the General Command headquarters.
According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting focused on ways to strengthen military cooperation in the areas of training, capacity building, and the exchange of expertise. Ambassador Gunley praised Jordan's role in promoting regional security and stability, as well as the humanitarian efforts of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army.
The meeting was attended by senior Jordan Armed Forces officers and the Australian defence attach©, underscoring the commitment of both nations to collaborate on shared security interests.
