Army Chief Meets U.S. Vice Chief of Staffs in Amman

Amman: Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Huneiti, met on Friday with the Vice Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Christopher Mahoney, and the accompanying delegation. The discussions centered around enhancing military cooperation between the Jordan Armed Forces and the U.S. Armed Forces.

According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting covered various aspects of military collaboration, focusing on operational, training, and logistical fields. These discussions aim to strengthen military capabilities and serve the interests of both nations' armed forces.

The meeting was attended by several senior officers from the Jordanian Armed Forces and the U.S. Defense Attach© in Amman. The ongoing cooperation between the two countries reflects a commitment to mutual security interests and the development of their military institutions.
