Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti, on Wednesday received a British military delegation headed by the UK Commander Joint Operations (CJO), Lit. Gen. Charlie Stickland. Huneiti discussed with Stickland, the latest developments on the regional and international arenas, aspects of joint military cooperation and coordination, and ways to enhance bilateral relations to serve interests of the two friendly countries' armed forces. For his part, Stickland praised the level of development and modernization taking place in the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF), stressing the "deep-rooted" and "strong" ties that link the two friendly armies, which would contribute to achieving security and stability for the region.
