Amman: The Northern Military Region of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army successfully foiled an infiltration attempt on Tuesday along the northern border, a military source disclosed.

According to Jordan News Agency, the source stated that border guards identified an individual attempting to illegally cross the frontier within the region's designated area of responsibility. The troops promptly engaged the rules of engagement to apprehend the individual. Subsequently, the person was handed over to the relevant authorities for further action.
