Baghdad, The security forces arrested an accused who tried to bring about 10 million counterfeit dinars into the country. The Spokesman for the Interior and Security Media Cell, Brigadier General Muqdad Miri, said in a statement: "The detachments of the Shalamcheh Customs Police Station, affiliated with the Fourth Region Customs Police Directorate, arrested an accused in possession of counterfeit sums of money amounting to (9,950,000) nine million nine hundred and fifty thousand dinars in the denomination of (50) thousand dinars and (250,000) two hundred and fifty thousand dinars in the denomination of (25) thousand, which he was trying to bring into Iraqi territory, where a formal seizure report was organized and the necessary legal measures were taken against him."
