ASE Trades JD6.2M, Ending Flat

Amman: Total trading volume on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) reached JD6.2 million on Sunday, with 1.7 million shares changing hands through 1,858 transactions. The ASE general share price index closed unchanged at 3,658 points.

According to Jordan News Agency, the services sector index saw an increase of 0.35 percent. In contrast, the financial sector index experienced a decline of 0.14 percent, and the industrial sector index slightly decreased by 0.01 percent. Out of the 83 listed companies that were traded, 24 companies posted gains, while 27 companies closed lower compared to their previous closing prices.
