Amman: The total trading volume on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) on Sunday was recorded at JD11.6 million, with a total of 5.5 million shares changing hands across 3,966 transactions.
According to Jordan News Agency, the general share price index closed at 3,330 points, reflecting an increase of 0.37% compared to the previous session. Of the 111 ASE-listed companies that traded, 38 saw gains, while 40 experienced declines.
At the sector level, the financial and industrial indices experienced growth, with increases of 0.45% and 0.35%, respectively. The services benchmark also rose by 0.14%.
