Amman: The total trading volume on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) on Tuesday stood at JD10.4 million, with 4.6 million shares traded through 3,386 transactions. The general share price index closed at 3,325 points, up by 0.08% against the previous session.
According to Jordan News Agency, the indices of the industrial and services sectors experienced growth, rising by 0.75% and 0.33%, respectively. In contrast, the financial sector benchmark saw a slight decline of 0.09%.
Out of the 105 companies that were traded, 41 recorded gains, while 36 others saw a decrease in their stock prices.
