Awqaf Minister condemns shelling Palestinians at dawn prayer

Awqaf Minister Osama el Azhari condemned the Israeli shelling of Al Tab'een school that shelters scores of Palestinian displaced during the dawn prayer where 100 martyrs were killed and scores injured. In a statement on Saturday 10/8/2024, Azhari stressed Egypt's rejection of forced displacement of the Palestinians from their lands. He underlined the importance of ceasing fire and delivering aid in the Palestinian territories, noting that the sole solution for the Palestinian cause is establishing a Palestinian state along the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
