Bahrain All Share Index marks 1,944.76 points

Manama, Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,944.76 points, marking a decrease of 7.60 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to the drop in the communications services sector and the financial sector. Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 812.30 points, marking a decrease of 3.93 points below the previous closing. Results indicated that 61 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,031,843 worth BD 429,627. Investors traded mainly in the non-Bahraini companies sector, representing 62.77% of the total value of securities traded. Source: Bahrain News Agency
