Baghdad Operations Command forces arrested two persons who were seeking to bring in foreigners who violated the controls and conditions of the Residence and Nationality Department. The command stated in a statement that, within the duties of regional search and inspection and patrolling on public roads, a suspicious black Silverado type vehicle was seen parked on the road near the amusement park in Al-Hussainiya area, by patrols of the Fifth Division of the Federal Police, and immediately the vehicle was surrounded, which contained two persons. It added: "Through a careful inspection of the vehicle, it was found that there were three persons hidden inside it "under the back seats" who hold foreign nationality and violate the controls and conditions of the Residence and Nationality Department. The accused were seeking to bring them into the capital illegally." It explained that the vehicle and the accused were handed over to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures.
