Southern military zone: Troops early Saturday morning foiled an attempt by three individuals to infiltrate across the frontier. A Border Guard patrol spotted the infiltrators as they tried to breach the border, applying rules of engagement and arresting them. They were referred to the competent authorities for legal action.
According to Jordan News Agency, the Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army (JAF) stated that Border Guard forces carried out their duties with vigilance and resolve. They emphasized their commitment to protecting the country's borders, safeguarding its sovereignty, and countering any infiltration attempts or illegal activities that threaten national security and stability.
