Caretaker Foreign Minister, Abdullah Bou Habib, on Tuesday met with UNRWA Commissioner-General, Philippe Lazzarini, with whom he discussed the agency's challenges, particularly the financial difficulties affecting its role in supporting Palestinian refugees in Lebanon and the region.
