Civil Defense and Police Discover Body of Missing Man in Karak

Karak: The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate announced that teams from the Civil Defense and the police discovered the body of a man who had been missing for eight days in the Lajoun area of Karak Governorate on Friday.

According to Jordan News Agency, a report had been filed with the operations and control room indicating that the man had been missing since last Tuesday. Specialized search teams from the Civil Defense and the police promptly initiated search operations in the area.

The search teams, after days of intensive efforts, found the man deceased beside a rocky cliff in the region. His body was subsequently evacuated and transferred to a hospital, with the relevant authorities commencing the necessary procedures.
