Civil Defense Handles Over 1,500 Incidents in 24 Hours Across Jordan

Amman: The Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) responded to 1,599 incidents across the Kingdom over the past 24 hours, including 1,346 medical emergencies, 192 rescue operations, and 61 firefighting incidents.

According to Jordan News Agency, the average ambulance response time was 7 minutes and 34 seconds. Response times for rescue and firefighting incidents were 7 minutes and 35 seconds, and 7 minutes and 33 seconds, respectively.

The Directorate reaffirmed its round-the-clock operational readiness, supported by qualified personnel and modern equipment. It also urged the public to adhere to safety and prevention guidelines to ensure community well-being.
