Security forces in Baghdad closed, today, Friday, the roads leading to Al-Tahrir and Al-Khalani squares in the center of the capital, before the launch of the largest Husseini gathering on the occasion of the first of Muharram. Meanwhile, hundreds of supporters of the National Wisdom Movement flocked to Al-Khalani Square on the occasion of the advent of Muharram, in the presence of the head of the State Forces Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim, this afternoon, Friday, as the bridges of the Republic, Al-Senak and Al-Ahrar were closed individually and made open only for crossing from the Rusafa side to Karkh.
