Cornerstone of Digital Egypt Strategy Is Building Cadres, Developing Abilities: Communication Min

Minister of Communication and Information Technology Amr Talaat has said that the cornerstone of the strategy of building Digital Egypt is building cadres and developing abilities in all the segments of communication and information technology. In an interview with Nile News channel on Wednesday14/8/2024, Talaat said that artificial intelligence is on top of the latest aspects of information technology in the current time. There is a competition among the graduates of the Egyptian universities to innovate in practical solutions using artificial intelligence for the issue of managing food waste, he said. The ministry established a group of Digital Egypt creativity centers which receives Egyptian entrepreneurs and those with creative thinking to encourage and train them, he added. There will be 26 creativity centers of Digital Egypt by the end of 2024, he said. Source: State Information Service Egypt
