Amman: The Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) and Deloitte Middle East have formalized an agreement that aims to enhance youth employability and readiness for the future workforce in Jordan. The collaboration integrates CPF's extensive reach and leadership in youth empowerment programs with Deloitte's global expertise and commitment to nurturing future-ready talent.
According to Jordan News Agency, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Tamam Mango, CEO of CPF, and Karim Nabulsi, Managing Partner of Deloitte Middle East - Jordan. This partnership will enable Deloitte to offer internships, mentorship, and career exposure programs to qualified youth, thereby increasing their preparedness for the labor market. These programs are designed to provide career-readiness support and training on employability skills and workplace requirements.
Furthermore, Deloitte plans to host capacity-building sessions focusing on future skills such as green skills and cybersecurity as part of its Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CRandS) programs. The firm will also provide pro bono advisory and organizational support to initiatives that aim to enhance youth spaces, leveraging its specialized expertise.
The collaboration is set to merge Deloitte's professional expertise and resources with CPF's expansive reach across Jordan's governorates, emphasizing the foundation's role in promoting youth leadership and empowerment. This partnership also coincides with the inauguration of Deloitte's new office in Amman, signifying the firm's enduring commitment to Jordan's growth and talent development.
CPF highlighted that the partnership aligns with its mission to expand quality opportunities for youth through specialized training and practical experiences, utilizing global expertise offered by expert partners to enrich young people's skills and economic participation.
