Cybersecurity, IT Job Fair Attracts 300 Job Seekers

Amman: Green Circle for Cybersecurity hosted their Job Fair 2026 on Monday in partnership with The Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE) of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event brought together employers and qualified young professionals in cybersecurity, information technology, and other technical fields.

According to Jordan News Agency, the fair was attended by more than 300 young job seekers and aimed to enhance youth employability by creating direct links between companies seeking talent and graduates and trainees qualified for the labor market. In a statement, the company emphasized the importance of such initiatives.

In his opening remarks, Jordan Engineers Association Vice President Ahmad Falahat highlighted the critical need for initiatives that align education and training outcomes with labor market demands. Green Circle Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Khudari added that the fair reflects the company's vision of building an integrated system combining training, qualification, and employment. He stressed that investing in young talent is a key driver of economic development and digital transformation in the Kingdom.

Lina Khawaja, the Jordan Program Lead at CFYE, underscored the significance of strengthening partnerships between the private sector and organizations supporting employment. She noted that joint initiatives help create sustainable economic opportunities for Jordanian youth.

The event featured direct recruitment interviews, professional networking sessions, and success stories from beneficiaries of training programs. Participating companies and supporting organizations were also recognized for their contributions.
