Defense Minister meets US Ambassador and Commander of International Coalition Forces

Defense Minister Thabet Mohammed Saeed Al-Abbasi met at the Ministry's headquarters today with the US Ambassador to Iraq, Alina Romanowski, the Commander of the International Coalition and their accompanying delegation. The Ministry said in a statement that: 'During the meeting, which was attended by the Chief of Staff of the Army, the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, the Head of the Anti-Terrorism Service and the Director of Military Intelligence, topics of common interest between the two countries were discussed."
