Manama, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister, issued Decision (45) of 2024, regarding the appointment of the Secretary General of the Council for Developing Mechanisms for Resolving International Commercial Disputes in the Kingdom of Bahrain, based on a proposal by the Minister of Legal Affairs. Article I Marika Paulson shall be appointed as Secretary General of the Council for Developing Mechanisms for Resolving International Commercial Disputes in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
