Diyala Provincial Council failed to hold a session to choose a local government due to lack of quorum. An informed source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that Diyala Council failed to hold a session scheduled to be held in the capital, Baghdad, to resolve the crisis of forming a local government in the province.
