Domestic Revenues Rise to JD7.9B in First 11 Months of 2024

Amman: Jordan's domestic revenues for the first 11 months of 2024 reached JD7.908 billion, marking an increase of JD141.7 million compared to the same period last year.

According to Jordan News Agency, tax revenues played a significant role, amounting to JD5.876 billion. The general tax on goods and services was the largest contributor, with JD3.885 billion. Income and profit taxes added JD1.655 billion to the total, while the real estate sales tax and taxes on international trade and transactions contributed JD100 million and JD236 million, respectively. Non-tax revenues during this period stood at JD2.032 billion.
