Education Minister chairs ISF Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024 meeting

Manama, Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, chaired the meeting of the High Organising Committee for the International School Sport Federation (ISF) Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024. During the meeting, the minister commended the continuous support and follow up of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA) and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC). Dr. Juma emphasised the importance of HH Shaikh Khalid's directives in ensuring the successful hosting of Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024, underscoring Bahrain's position as a host and organiser of international championships. The meeting reviewed the proposals submitted by specialised companies for the opening ceremony and discussed the organisational preparations being executed by the Executive Committee to meet the requirements for hosting this international event.
