Education Ministry Forms Committee to Investigate Ma’in School Accident.

Ma'in: A committee has been established by the Ministry of Education to look into the circumstances surrounding the tragic accident that killed two students at a school in the Ma'in area of the Madaba Governorate (Southwest of Amman) on Sunday morning. The committee's goal is to hold anyone found to have been negligent accountable, a ministry statement said on Sunday. According to Jordan News Agency, the statement added there are ministerial directives that forbid cars from entering school yards, stress the need to keep pupils away from entrance gates, and attest to the ministry's stringent efforts to protect students inside educational institutions.
