He noted that "Jordan is a country that aspires for a brighter future for its children, for which the human being was and still is its greatest resource, and education is its guidance and the road to its renaissance, quoting the vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II in his seventh discussion paper, where he said: "Development has become a necessity dictated by circumstances, as change imposes itself, proves itself, and proceeds disregarding those who fear it, and Jordan has always been an initiator and a pioneer in modernization and construction." "We look forward to a strong Jordan that offers its children the best education, and we want to see our vocational schools as factories of thinking minds and skilled labor, graduating students equipped with everything that helps them to accept life and face its challenges, and teachers who possess the ability and skills that enable them to prepare tomorrow's generations," Mahafazah stressed. He said that His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, pays great attention to youth and their future occupies a large part of his efforts and activities, as His Royal Highness considers them the driving force of the national economy, the lever of society, the title of its prosperity and its continued development, so his directives were to equip them with the skills that suit their age; and that is why technical vocational education received his direct support as a leading national priority that contributes to reducing unemployment and meets the needs of the labor market, present and future." He added, "This is why the comprehensive national vision across governments was devised to emphasize that the future is for education, and taking the lead in it is the goal, to advance the nation and its citizens, by building their capabilities, empowering them with the skills of their era; to launch their innovations, and help them take their leading and competitive role at the regional and global level, to improve and sustain their quality of life by creating job opportun ities and continuously improving their income level, therefore the Ministry of Education launched the modernization of the vocational education program, and the technical vocational education program based on competencies and skills to be consistent with the royal vision and achieve the government's directives.
