The Official Gazette in Egypt published a decision stipulating that Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly will assume a new position in addition to his duties as Prime Minister, according to "Russia Today". The decision issued included President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's assigning of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly with the duties of a minister specialized in administrative reform affairs, in addition to the duties of his position as PM.
