El Hassan Youth Award Engages Military Culture Schools in Educational Initiative

Zarqa: The El Hassan Youth Award conducted an introductory and follow-up visit to schools under the Military Culture Directorate in the central and northern regions. The event took place at Al-Thawra Al-Arabiya Secondary School for Boys in Zarqa and involved 20 schools and 40 award leaders. Captain Moath Al Bayaydah, the liaison officer for northern and central schools at the Military Culture Directorate, attended the visit.

According to Jordan News Agency, the visit aimed to familiarize participants with the award's levels-bronze, silver, and gold-and its four programs: service, skills, physical recreation, and adventurous journeys. The session included an explanation of the registration mechanism through the award's computerized system and a practical demonstration of how to register participants.

The agenda featured a review of how schools can engage in the service program, which includes civil defense, traffic awareness, and community policing, along with an explanation of the adventurous journeys program.

At the conclusion of the meeting, leaders' questions regarding student participation, project implementation mechanisms, and documentation of activities were addressed.
