Amman: The Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission (EMRC) reported on Tuesday that it received a total of 923 license applications last month. Out of these, four applications related to oil and derivatives were rejected.
According to Jordan News Agency, the accepted applications comprised 454 related to natural resources, 223 for the radiation and nuclear sector, 193 concerning oil and fuel, and 49 in the electricity and renewable energy sector.
The applications included 33 for EV Charging Station licenses and permits, 150 for the operation of a central liquefied petroleum gas facility, two for the installation of a fuel station, six for a liquefied gas cylinders distribution facility, 151 for the export of raw materials, and 262 for the import of raw materials.
