Tunis: Interior Minister Mazen Faraya arrived in Tunis to participate in the 42nd session of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers, set to convene on Sunday. Upon his arrival at Carthage International Airport, he was welcomed by Tunisian Interior Minister Khaled Nouri, Jordanian Ambassador to Tunisia Abdullah Abu Rumman, and Secretary-General of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers Mohammed bin Ali Koman.
According to Jordan News Agency, Faraya's participation highlights Jordan's commitment to enhancing Arab cooperation in security affairs, crime prevention, and exchanging expertise on shared security challenges confronting Arab nations. On the sidelines of the session, Faraya is expected to conduct a series of bilateral meetings with his Arab counterparts and representatives of international organizations attending the event.
