Federal Police forces arrested a man accused of premeditated murder in Kirkuk. The Command stated in a statement: A force from the Tenth Brigade, Third Division, supporting the intelligence effort, was able, through a precise ambush in the Commander's checkpoint on the (Kirkuk-Al-Fateha) road, to arrest an accused wanted by the judiciary in accordance with Article 406 of premeditated murder.
