The Federal Police arrested an accused who committed the crime of killing his son east of the capital, Baghdad. The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement: "A force from the 19th Brigade of the Federal Police, in cooperation with the security services, was able to arrest the accused following a security report about a family quarrel that developed into the use of a weapon by the father, who shot his son with several shots in the chest, which resulted in the son's death.
