Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty left for the Rwandan capital, Kigali, to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame. In statements on Saturday, Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abu Zeid said that the minister will hold meetings with a number of officials participating in the inauguration ceremony. The visit will include a number of bilateral activities between Egypt and Rwanda, the most important of which is holding political talks with his Rwandan counterpart, and the Rwandan Health Minister. Abdelatty, accompanied by Professor Magdi Yacoub, are set to attend a celebration marking the completion of the first phase of the "Magdi Yacoub Center Rwanda - Egypt for Cardiac Surgery".
