FM Meets U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen to Discuss Strategic Partnership

Amman: Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Ayman Safadi on Sunday met with U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen to discuss ways to strengthen the strategic partnership between Jordan and the United States and review regional developments.

According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing cooperation between the two nations, highlighting the importance of continued collaboration on various issues affecting the region. Both parties emphasized their commitment to fostering a strong bilateral relationship and addressing shared challenges in the Middle East.

In their discussions, Safadi and Shaheen explored opportunities for increased economic and security cooperation, underscoring the pivotal role that U.S.-Jordan relations play in promoting peace and stability in the region.
