FM, Pakistani Counterpart Discuss Regional Escalation, Condemn Iranian Attacks

Amman: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Ayman Safadi held a phone call on Wednesday with Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ishaq Dar. The two ministers discussed efforts to end the dangerous escalation in the region and prevent its expansion.

According to Jordan News Agency, Safadi emphasized the importance of the role played by Pakistan, Egypt, and Turkey in these efforts. He also reiterated Jordan's condemnation of Iranian attacks targeting the kingdom and other Arab and Muslim states.

The ministers affirmed the depth of Jordan-Pakistan relations and their solidarity in facing challenges.
