Amman: Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs, Ambassador Majed Qatraneh, received on Wednesday a copy of the credentials of Yakup Caymazoglu, Ambassador of the Republic of Trkiye, as an accredited and resident ambassador to the Kingdom.

According to Jordan News Agency, the ceremony marks the beginning of Ambassador Caymazoglu's official duties in the Kingdom. The presentation of credentials is a traditional diplomatic procedure that signifies the formal recognition of an ambassador's role in representing their home country while fostering bilateral relations. Ambassador Caymazoglu's appointment is expected to enhance the diplomatic ties between Trkiye and the Kingdom, focusing on mutual interests and cooperation in various sectors.
